Our Mission
About Our Psychology Clinic in Edmonton and Calgary
We exist to help others help themselves. Mental healthcare should feel less like a clinical transaction and more like a profound, restorative partnership, one rooted in cultural humility, timely care, and warm hospitality.
What guides our practice
Three commitments that shape every interaction at Q&A.
Culturally responsive
We meet you within the context of your background, beliefs, and lived experience, never outside of it.
Timely
When you reach out, you deserve a response that respects the urgency of what brought you here.
Hospitable
From your first call to your last session, we work to make you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease.

Q & A is headed by Mahdi Qasqas, Registered Psychologist with a PhD in Social Work.
Our support staff currently consists of a wonderful team of administrative supporters, practicum students, and psychological assistants.
We are also proud host for practicum students coming from both Athabasca University and Yorkville's Graduate Psychology programs.
